35 minute wait turned into 3 hours for a simple drug test. If you are going to accept walk in and appointments and act as large employers screening g lab you should staff more than 1 tech. It was 1-2 persons an hour while I was there which is unacceptable.

Quest diagnostic website is worst. They do not provide results even after 10 days. My request was deleted on asking the the blood reports. Technical support team do not reply. Company is not reliable.

Had a 10:45 am weekday appointment for an employer biometric blood test. Arrived a few minutes early and used the Kiosk to check in and was taken back within 3 minutes. The woman taking my blood was very friendly and quick. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes!
