I went there for routine blood work and i asked for a small needle. Even though i was told she would use the smallest needle, she didn't. If you have hard to get to veins, don't go here. Update, I had to use them again because tgth are in my plan. The same issue occuuocc this time while in the waiting room holding the spot so it wiukwoul be so black and blue, I heard them talking about me. They went on and on for the 5 minutes I was there. This is not a good place.

A very discriminating place no good customer service is ASS no respect what so ever no professionalism in this place made a complaint with headquarters hopefully the issue gets better results

My first visit to quest labs! I'm scared to.death of needles..but I had to " man" up!! My wait want long and I had the absolute pleasure of having " LISA R" as my phlebotomist! She made me feel.so at ease..hugged me,found my.vein so easy..no.stuggles! And walked me to the door!! Thank.god for caring individuals...Lisa R..I love u 💞

Never had a problem getting blood draw here! I usually make an appointment, fast in and fast out! No problems getting veins either! 😊
