Horrible relay of patient information to the staff. Many elderly patients have a loss of sensation in the extremidies (fingers/hands) but hey they can figure out how to use the touch screen all by themselevs. There's not even an assitant behind the glass window if someone does need help. They're system for walki-in's is a joke. If your a walk-in plan on walking back out after waiting for an hour and a half because you will see that you just keep getting pushed down the waiting list. I completely understand appointments should go before walk-ins but at least make it fair and keep and the wait time per patient in consideration. Every sinlge medical facility is a bussiness and should ran at its best poteiental. This Quest Diagnostics center on Military road has failed miserably. I'll take my bussiness elsewhere thank you very much.
