Working that computer thing is a pain in the neck. I barely know the one I have and to try and work another brand is nearly impossible. Not many old people can't work computers if they are over 80. My friend is 65 and she can't work one or even a cell phone. The waiting time just walking in is terrible. There should be someone working just the walk-ins when are some. I go by bus and buses don't line up with appointments.At least the computer worked this time and I didn't have to wait going later.
