Mind you I am a 11 year old girl, and I think that the service was terrible I took my blood test today and lady was not in a good mood. Not once did she even smile. For a child i was nervous and she didn't even comfort me or tell me it wasn't going to hurt, all she did was tell to put my arm on the stand and sit down. One star only because there wasn't an option for zero.
