The screen has been showing my name for 9 minutes for the last 25 minutes! Not very personable... Kiosk sign in and no person as of yet...3 other people also waiting JUST for pick ups...

The phlebotomist was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here before to this office but most assuredly I will not be coming back. I know there are other offices and I will go to one of them. I need to have blood drawn every month but I would never let her come near me with another needle. She told me if I didn’t like the way she was doing it I could go somewhere else. The first needle that she put in My arm Hurt and she told me nobody else complains. I said it’s not you it’s me it’s never happened before I don’t know why it hurts so bad. She took the needle out then told me she needed another tube of blood. I suggested that she use the other arm which she did and that also hurt. I didn’t say she did anything wrong at the time but I think her attitude towards me was really bad. Dealing with people who aren’t well should be done in a different mannerl. I think I should talk to somebody at this office because I don’t think I’m the only one that’s been treated this way. I was there Thursday at around 10 o’clock in the morning. I didn’t get her name but I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to find out. If she has a superior maybe they could talk to her. Like I said people that don’t feel well don’t need to be treated so badly.

My dad used them to get some blood work. He doesn't have insurance and he asked about the prices and they couldn't give him prices they told him we will mail it out. They sent him a bill for over $2000 just for some simple regular check up and they refused to apply the discount that the doctor gave him .Worst place for blood wook . DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU ARE SCREWED UP!

Very rude staff. If you need labwork done, I recommend a different provider such as Labcorp. And that's the beauty of capitalism - if a business gives you attitude or makes you wait an excessive amount of time beyond my appointment, you are free to take your money elsewhere.
