I wish I could give this place zero stars for my review. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN AND GET A COPY OF IT. I had testing service back in May 2018 and signed an electronic statement saying that in addition to what my insurance company paid- the most I would be responsible for is $70. It runs through my insurance company and they paid an amount, Quest also charged my credit card for the $70. After that I get another invoice showing that activity and attempting to charge me for an additional $76. I made at least 4 phone calls averaging at least 15-20 minutes each, asking them to produce a copy showing that I owed them more than I agreed to. On each call I was talked to in a condescending manner and told I "misunderstood" what I signed even though NO ONE COULD PRODUCE A COPY. I was also lied to and told that my insurance company denied the claim which is refuted by the fact a payment shows on THEIR INVOICE. I was also interrupted and treated in a poor manner by several of their customer service people. Finally today after 4+ calls they said we are writing this off as a one time courtesy. Will never go back, will find another testing facility and also reporting this to state AG for fraud. BEWARE!

Jessica was not only very skilled at executing the blood draw, but went out of her way to be sure it was coded properly for my insurance company and made me feel much less anxious about my fear of needles. I truly appreciated the entire experience and won’t hesitate to return in the future!

The young lady that took my blood was so good at finding my vein not once but twice. Throughout my entire life I've been told how difficult my veins are but the this lady was quick with minimal pain.

I got there right after they re-opened after lunch. The staff was incredibly sweet, thorough, and funny 😊. My blood was taken quickly and painlessly. I was in and out within 10 minutes, tops. The hours are funny, but I would go out of my way to go to this location again.

Very clean facility, lots of seating in the waiting area with plenty of reading material. I walked in without an appointment and was seen within half an hour (there were two people ahead of me). Anna was lovely and friendly, she was able to take my blood and make everything so easy.

There is one person working there with a somewhat offputting personality. She called herself a vampire to my nervous 6 year olds. She was able to draw blood with ease from my one son. My other son refused to get in the chair.
