Wow, what a joke. Not once, not twice but at least 3 times I have given these people a chance. I had a specimen I had to drop off within a one hour window, and I get there and check the appropriate box. I am only the 2nd person there and I am sitting there over a half hour. The people there are rude, unfriendly, always talking to each other and don't seem to pay attention to any of the clients. Its too bad because my DR is next door. So now I have to be inconvenienced and go to another location. Hopefully management takes these reviews seriously and does something about it.,
