Extremely rude staff! I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading the poor reviews here, big mistake. During my visit, quest diagnostics was understaffed and drug testing began about an hour late, I had no problem with this as I had time to wait. But to my surprise even after being respectful and nice toward the staff, I kept on being treated rudely (I'm sure it's stressful when its understaffed but it is not an excuse or justification to treat people disrespectfully). Once I got called in I was grossed out on how unhygienic the bathroom looked and was, overall it was not a pleasant experience and would suggest going elsewhere if you have the chance .
