Waited over an hour for an employer drug screening. Let the receptionist know that I really needed to use the restroom but was advised that I’d have to wait.I found the staff to be very aloof - like I was another cattle in the call line. If you want service from a medical staff that seems to care, this might not be the place for you.When I couldn’t anymore, I went to the restroom in the hall, downed 2 liters of water after, went back and waited another 45 minutes. When I checked what was taking so long, they let me know they called me but since I went to the restroom, they didn’t think I’d be able to go again for a while. Glad they know my body!I would have definitely had no problem bearing traffic to Beverly Hills for another screening location if I’d known how slow it would be.
