Absolutely the worst. I've use Quest for years. Always quick and easy. I guess it has a new corporate owner. I feel bad for those who have to go there.

Actually wasn't that bad contrary to other reviews. Went in at 7:30 AM on a Wednesday morning, got out by 8:05. Checked in using an i-pad and the lady was rushed but gave clear instructions and everything. Not too bad, just go at a not busy time like early in the morning to avoid a line

Horrible, will never go back. Place was packed at 7 am and there was one person working. Wonder the poor girl didn’t have a heart attack. Everyone was yelling at her.

Horrible... hours today are suppose to start at 7 am. Went to the lab at 8 am and found the front door locked. Knocked on the door, but no-one responded. I could not see anyone inside. There were no signs posted, or indication they were closed. I called the number (above) and got a tape machine saying they were open. As I was leaving, an elderly couple arrived and were also very disappointed.
