I don’t think they know what they are doing, not only did we wait for 20 minutes to be taken( no one else there) but once taken it took 30 minutes for her to put info into the computer. Go to lab Corp.

Called and got pricing for tests needed. Went in and they took blood and paid for everything with my Credit Card (no insurance). They have been sending me 2 bills now for $250 dollars threatening Collection Agency! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! YOU DONT GO TO A RESTAURANT ONLY TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL BILLS IN MAIL! Medical industry in this country is something out of Godfather mafia movies.

Everybody at Quest Ridgewood are amazing. I did my 3 hour GD test today and I almost passed out but thank God Kema helped me out and made me feel better in a few minutes and I ended up finishing my test. She even didnt have lunch so I could be done with the test. I really appreciate her help. She is awesome.

Terrible service...no one ever picks up the phone! Called the location in Wayne and they were able to help me. Either this location is understaffed or the workers are incompetent. I’ll definitely go to another location next time.

Great place. Good service. No crowd. No wait time. Kema ( the only person working ) was really good at taking care of me. I needed to go for my blood work and it went just fine. Good job ! Please visit this place if you live near by instead of Lab-corps anywhere. I have been to two Lab-corps near by and they both sucked. This is the best compared to any other place for blood work.

Superb! Busy Friday before New Year weekend and Kema (the one person covering) was calmly juggling everyone and everything. My veins are not fun...!!I told her not to worry and that it always took several attempts. Surprise!! She was kind, considerate and got it on the first try!!! Filled 4 or 5 viles and I never even felt it!! I've always been pleased with the Ridgewood office but this trip was so fantastic!

Their service was amazing. People over there are so kind and helpful. I have been four different Quest locations state wide in NJ. They were always rude and unkind so I didn't expect this location either when I went there. However, I finally met human-beings, rather, angels, at this location. Thank you very much again.
