Avoid at all costs. The staff there are nasty. Took my daughter as a walk-in this morning. The website stated it was a 30 min wait. We got there checked in and patiently watched board as we slowly climbed to 5 minutes. She was top of the list when 3 spots walked in and we got booted back to 25 mins. I asked the nurse what the policy was and she immediately responded with attitude and actually was punching her hand with her fist as she spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner. She basically told me I can go elsewhere if I did not like their policies. The woman cane at me with such nastiness I totally lost my cool. I ended up c along her a biache and left. I was not the only who she spoke to in this way. I heard her addressing several other elderly patients the same way. Clearly this woman should not be dealing with the public

The Last time I went there (and it was THE LAST) I was kept waiting while the technician was texting. Even when in the room with her, while I was in the chair awaiting a blood test! Service and attitude were always poor, but that was the last straw.

If couldn't rate 0 for write something!!! My waite time it was reset it from 46 minutes to 2 minutes, and the last person was attended before than me... Horrible services!!!!!

Recently went in with no appointment before noon on a weekday, was in and out in 15 mins; blood test was done quickly and efficiently by a friendly medic. Would recommend

I’ve been to this place 2 times in the last year. Ive seen some bad reviews here, but for me the service has been amazing every time. I came in as a walking at 11:28. There were 9 people in front of me by the time I checked in. By 11:50, I was sitting on my vehicle typing this review. The person who handled the registration and paperwork (Kasey) was very professional and diligent. She also drew the blood for my tests and I didn’t even feel it.

I went to this location in 2011 for a drug test as required by the onboard process for my job. The manager on duty said they lost power but was still able to process my request. After 30 min I realized they had no intention of helping me so I took my paper work and left.The staff chased me down the hall (yes chased running full tilt to try and catch me) screaming after me that if I left that they would contact my employer and prevent me from getting hired. Be aware they had no power, no computers on and I had my paper work in hand ready to go to another lab which I informed of the fact as I left the building. I have never had to deal with adults like this and their behavior I can only explain being caused by how much they hate their job.

Staff was rude - very chatty but not efficient with their work. More interested in why there were so many people in the waiting room rather than doing their work. Waited 45 minutes and did not even get my blood drawn. Zero stars
