Went there last Friday. Walked in at exactly 2:30pm. I asked the girl sitting at the computer if I sign in at the computer pad. Yes, ,... I did, say down for her to call me. Waited 40 min, she called me and said they couldn’t take me. Really, I said. Waiting for 40 min to tell me!!! Sad!!

Things have definitely changed, the waiting room seems a bit small when it's busy, but they do their best to get to everyone on time. The most I've ever waited was 28 minutes. And I also had to stay in the lobby for 2 hours on drs orders for my blood work for being pregnant and I seen how patients come and go, quick and easy. I love this little spot. Staff is chill, though they don't really greet you when you come in which I don't mind too much, they're working but once you go in to get your test done, they are very professional and fast.

Worst experience first time I come to this lab and the services is horrible especially the person that is in the front that takes people insurance and lab orders she’s a white female With short hair chunky. people ask her questions and after the person sits down she makes faces like she is annoyed! Makes me a angry went to ask her about my husband checking in and she was rude and does not even let me finish what I’m trying to tell her and she talks over me ,That person is extremely rude with a attitude never coming again!

i logged onto their site.7:15am.. made an appointment on a friday, went in at 9:45.. appointment at 10... yesenia was nice and direct. talked just enough to make me feel welcomed... just so you know, life is easier with an appointment,, ask anyone at the DMV... here was just as easy... when i looked at today it said 14 spots available.... and you still had walk-ins when i showed up..... you all have phones, even the bums have phones,, make life easier make an appointment,,, i checked in at the kiosk,, damn so much easier.... technology i love it..

This place is a joke. From the second I walked in I was getting push back and attitude from the employee that was supposed to take my sample. After not being able to do my UDS, I was told to wait inside the building and not to leave. About 40min later I go up to the desk and ask if I can try to give a sample. She said “Well she came out to look for you and didn’t see you. Did you leave?” Ummm.... no, I was sitting against the wall. Didn’t look very hard? I had an important phone interview scheduled and had to reschedule due to this place’s lack of competence. I was ready to pee like 5min after I went back to the waiting room. Absolutely no reason why this needed to take over an hour to get done. Such a joke.
