Me fue muy mal fuy con mi hijo que tiene autismo y las dos personas que me atendieron lo dañaron psicológicamente y fÃsicamente lo agarraron de una forma brutal de su mano estoy muy mal con la mala experiencia voy a tratar de hablar con el supervisor y levantar una queja ya que me es difÃcil llevar a mi hijo al Médico y con esto que me pasó peor lo traumaron con los gritos yo ya les habÃa informado que tenÃa autismo aún asà no les importó y lo trataron peor que un animal estoy desexionada yo creÃa que está gente tenÃa Repeto pero mire que no siento mi corazón muy lastimado de mirar como trataron a mi Angelito.

Have been here 2 hours waiting and was just told I have to be here 3 more hours for my pregnancy test. People that got here way after me were seen first. This is the worst place to have blood drawn. The tech told me I should have told them I was doing a time test and that they would have called me in sooner. This is a bunch of BS. I would have never had this problem at Lab-corp.

by best the service was very helpful I want to so many of them the last one I went to was in la Pamla which was very bad service they lady was rude but here just awesome staff no long waits no appointment really needed love it

Waited over an hour & 45 minutes for a 5-minute procedure. I highly recommend making an appointment. Briana at the front desk was awesome. Fantastic people skills & personality. 5 stars for her. 2 stars overall. Simply too long to wait in a cold room with a full bladder.

Always short of technicians and wait list on tv keeps changing times. Expect 2 hours even though not that many people in the lobby.

While it was crowded due to overbooking, the sign in process was easy and help was available to answer my questions. I went smoothly. The technician was wonderful and caring. The wait was not long at all, even though the room was full of people with and without appointments. I am glad I made my appointment before I went.
