Long waits, and you can never get an appointment online

There was one person working in this place. I waited 25 minutes before I noticed the screen on the wall that showed my wait time to be another 49 minutes. Totally ridiculous! Also, when anyone with an appointment comes in, your wait time gets longer. I got up and walked out. Don't go there unless you have nothing to do for your entire day.

avoid this place if possible. I waited for hours. there is no one at the front desk to check you in. check in is on a computer not a person. there is no customer service number to call.

Worst place in a world for a drug test here waiting over an hour one girl working all to pee in a cup sad that quest handles things like this very sad hope I never have to come here again such a joke and a waste of time they are slow as hell

Walked in and was greeted by a tech. No wait and she was very caring and friendly. I recently had bad experiences with labs hurting my veins and these techs were well trained. Kudos!!
