I love this location it’s the only one I go to. It’s very busy don’t get me wrong but you can make an appointment and it works out great. I had to take my daughter when she was 1 year old for a blood test and the staff was amazing. So loving and patient.

Their phone appointment system seemed not to be working when I called the Smithtown office. You call, listen to their computer speech, and then when you press a button to make an appointment it just sends you back to the beginning of the speech and starts over. Update: I changed my rating as I finally figured out what was wrong with their phone system. Apparently, it doesn't recognize old style landlines. It worked fine when I re-contacted them by an I-phone. it was annoying but I did manage to figure out the problem from my end.

I went with my boyfriend for his blood test here... the person that did his bloodwork was rude with him multiple times during the experience (before and during his bloodwork) and he’s not good with getting blood taken to begin with. Only come here if you’re okay with being treated with attitude because that’s all we got from this location.

I couldn’t make a reasonable time appointment, so I was a walk in at 6 AM. I thought the wait was going to be a long time but it was only 20 minutes, the person who drew my blood was pleasant. All said and done I was in and out in 40 minutes. I don’t know why there are bad reviews here, it was great

Did not have an appointment, just walked in on a Tuesday at 11:15 am. There was no one in the waiting room. Was in and out of the office in 15 mins. The woman who drew blood only pricked me once which is always a positive. It is usually based on luck when you don't have an appointment but this experience was great.

After I got used to the online scheduling system, I found that it is the most efficient way to get lab tests. The clean waiting room is now way too big, considering that most people use the system to schedule appointments and there is little waiting when they do. If you don’t, you will be waiting a long time.

Prior to test, I asked is my health insurance covers the test. The nurse in the lab checked her computer and told me it is covered. Today, I received a letter saying I am responsible for $860. They did not provide me any paper or bill or anything after test. I just walk out after test. Later they hit me with a huge bill! Unacceptable! Avoid this place. If you have to use their service, call your insurance to see if the lab is actually in network. Don't trust the people in the lab. They either don't know, their info is outdated in their system or they do this on purpose for only God knows why.
