After waiting for almost a half hour with no one in the reception area to greet you or give you direction. You enter a room full of people not know what exactly you are supposed to do? You are left to figure out the procedure for signing in for you self. Turns out there is a small electronic sign in screen at one of the desks. There is no water cooler in the reception area. After my wait I was hostilely greeted by a young woman named INGRID. She was both unfriendly and combative. I have been to this location several times before with the exact form I came in with today, she said that since my Dr. had not entered my name on the top of the form, that she could not help me. I advised her that I was in the system and had bee to this location several times before, she did not even attempt to pull up my account. I then asked her to call the Dr. office, which she did but got the answering service. She said I would have to come back! I asked her if she could look up my Dr's direct phone number in the system, she refused to even look! I also asked her to have my Dr. paged. I then asked for a supervisor and INGRID said she was the supervisor? Horrendous, lousy customer service especially considering the huge amount of money they bill for service. GO ELSEWHERE. QUEST SOUTH PLAINFIELD IS NOT A FACILITY TO VISIT IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY DECENCY!PERHAPS YOU CAN BE TREATED WITH SOME DIGNITY AND RESPECT ELSEWHERE.
