The woman entering my information had no idea what she was doing. Should’ve been very simple but instead she had to not only call the quest helpline but also had me call my Dr. office to ask them questions that she should know regarding abbreviations and codes. My visit took way longer than it should’ve. Do not use quest in sysosset. Worst experience.

This was rhe worst experience I have ever had in having blood taken. The technician did not even look at me or speak, hit my arm to get blood and was extremely rude and angry. DO NOT GO THERE!

New office on jericho tpke. Syosset Jeanine very pleasant with a lovely smile. Very efficient in drawing my blood. Will definitely return for future blood work.

went there several times two years ago when i needed to have a blood draw every two weeks. the head person was not nice! she was condescending and rude. she refused to use the butterfly needle (i have small veins), citing $$ issues. she told me they were only for babies and AIDS patients. i found out later this is not true. will never go back there....
