I had to bring my son in for lab work, he's 15 month's old so I was terrified & so was he. The girls made me feel so comfortable & calm. She was able to get it on the first try. They were wonderful and truly made this a calming process & I'm very appreciative of that!

Way too many people...VERY short on staff...been waiting over an hour for a simple blood draw. Won't come back here without an appointment!!!

Customer telephone service is handled by a computer and is a joke. Just show up. The staff is helpful and the long line moves quickly.

The worst costumer service system I have ever encountered. I’m not going here because after 45 minutes on the phone with their call centers I still can’t get an answer on whether the tests I need are provided and how much they cost. The representatives didn’t have the information and sent me around to various broken automated systems. You can’t get the actual lab on the phone. This service is a joke. Go somewhere else.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly… If any patient needs information, they simply ask and the staff gives them and answer quickly. A few times some patients seem to have trouble with the sign-in kiosks and I always go to help them. The sign-in process is incredibly easy, but if somebody is unfamiliar with technology, it is a little more time-consuming than writing your name on a check-in list on paper. Remember that many of these patients are not using smart phones daily so they are slow to adapt. Meanwhile, the friendly services extend to a very helpful and skilled phlebotomy staff who usually process patients through at a very fast pace. I am very happy with my WEEKLY VISITS and a great staff there… friendly, fun and fast. Personable professional and pretty amazing! Thanks to all.
