Went here for prescreen for great job. Waited 45min due to closure for lunch. I went in and informed the tech that I had prescription medications and she said no worries someone would call me and verify. I gave my contact info 3 times and verified correct info she invited at the pad. She sent me confirmation email after I was about an 1hr after I completed test. I seen that she invited my number wrong on contact sheet. I tried to call but no one answers there phone. I called my employer and let them know the situation. Well hr is in California and I don't think that the info was relayed. I failed test due to my drug test costing me my job. This happened yesterday i am trying to find any legal action I can't take against this place. If anyone has any help or dealt with this situation before please send me the info.
