Brittney is HORRIBLE and very rude(she needs to be taught some manners about how to treat patients), from the minute we walked in the door, she acted very annoyed that she had to do her job, and then because she couldn't read a code(or figure out the code) she put our paperwork on the counter and said we can't help you here, you need to leave and go somewhere else, ridiculous. My insurance better not get charged since absolutely nothing was done. She was only concerned about when she would get her lunch break. We are sitting outside waiting for our ride because she wanted us out of the office, my daughter is in so much pain. Oh but as soon as she got us out of the office she left mind you its only 12 noon, the office doesnt close until 1pm for lunch
