Quest is located in the new medical building in Columbia. At first I was taken back by the completely automated scheduling system but I must say I actually prefer it. I was able to call, set up my appointment to the closest location (which is when I found out Columbia had one, closer to me!!) confirm all my information and boom! scheduling was finished. Like with any other automated system make sure you speak clearly and have minimum background noise otherwise it may not gather your information properly. When I arrived I was able to sign in to their standing terminal and as soon as I sat down I was able to be seen for my lab work. The tech was very pleasant to work with and very professional and timely. So quick I was able to head back to work to finish my shift instead of taking the afternoon off. Very pleased with my experience and very happy there is one closer than STL or Belleville now.
