Horrible experience! The Quest Diagnostics mentioned they take all types of insurances, including United Health Care. However, it's not on the list of United Health Care, and I was charged by $2000 for a blood test. It's ridiculous!

Quest should hire at least one more employee. John is great and he tries to provide fast a professional service. It's not a good feeling arriving to the diagnostic center and seen there's no one in the office. It's impossible for one person to be in two different places at the same time.

I agree, that only one person does the whole place, reception, data input, and lab draws. However, John, was terrific. It took less than about 20 minutes. My veins are very small and it's hard to find a good vein..... John got the blood with the first poke.

This has to be the slowest place I have ever been to....There is only 1 person doing everything everyday....1 person that does it ALL!!!! Really? What the heck Quest, get it together... people can't just sit there for 2 hours just to take a 2 minute urine test.
