I just had to pick up a kit for a test. There was only one staff in the office at the front desk. She was taking care of a lady, the only customer there. She had me signed in (that's all she spoke to me) and then proceeded with the lady's paperwork, Then she went in the back to I guess administer the tests. She never asked me why I was there for or told me how long she would be. After 15 minutes, not knowing if it would be another 5 or 45 minutes, I left. I went to Labcorp right upstair. (I had my prescription for both labs) There were two staff members at the front desk and technicians in the back. She asked me right away why I was there. Three minutes later I left with my kit.
