This QUEST office is the only place that I go for labwork to be obtained. This is not to be disrespectful but I always request the same woman to draw my blood. My veins are shot from chemo and also have a left arm restriction due to a mastectomy. This woman is a beautiful, competent young black female who NEVER misses. She is very polite and professional at all times. Not one person has ever been rude to me. The only problem that seems to occur frequently would be a delay receiving my results.I've been called by my doctors already but it will take up to 2 weeks to have my results sent to me via email. Can this issue be fixed ASAP??
