Have been here twice now.First time didn't have an appointment and arrived right when they opened at 7:30. There was about 20 people in front of me and the entire process took about 45 mins.Second time I made an appointment for 8:00am and was out within 20 mins. The people who have appointments have priority over the walk-ins.Before my doctor's office stopped drawing blood they would always have a hard time finding veins, eventually having to draw from my hand. At Quest both times they have gotten it on the first try in my arms.Staff here is friendly and helpful. You check in on tablets then they call you for your paperwork and insurance card.They have a TV in the corner with your (abbreviated) name letting everyone know their approximate wait time.
