I had been going to Carlos for a few years . This year I used someone else to prepare my taxes because he did not have any openings. Of course it was a mistake the other tax preparer messed up my taxes while I was in the middle of escrow. Franticly I called Carlos and he got me in the next morning before they even opened . He fixed my taxes and was amazing as usual . I will never go anywhere else and I would recommend him to ANYONE. He is simply the very best . Thank you so much !!!!!

Went to get my mother's w2s because she wanted to file with a different tax company and they were trying to charge me to get her documents back and wouldn't give them to either her or me unless we paid
