Let me tell you something here... I am filing my tax from this guy for last five years... (yes you read it correct 5 years). That’s because my compulsion... I do not know how to do. 1. This guy name Dharmedra is the CA. The only guy. His wife is helping him and he always have some college student as assistant (assistant keep changing all the time as he does not pay them sufficient)2. He is very expensive. If you have simple tax return do it yourself or if you are not confident ask other people where they go... but not here. Charges: simple $150, itamizing: $200 to $400 depends3. He is rude. Do not know how to talk with customer. This is your money not his... I have requested him to provide me his signed paper so I can file for parents immigration and he denied, no reason... I also asked after few days to provide me pdf version of my electronic filing and he is so rude on phone with me and said do it your self.4. Waiting is f****g loooonnggg. I mean it.. really long about 3-4 hrs and average. If you ask he gives you good excuses...LOL... you do not want to hear... anyway he took an appointment online as well as on phone but just meaningless.. marketing strategy nothing else.5. Do not pay that much money just because he knows your language... go to Walmart store they do have some CA there also check AOTAX they are really good or ask other people....Do not do not go there....and if anyone from RR accounting reading this.. improve your nature man....
