These people are thieves!!! These people are making 35% of you that pay you hourly. So If you're getting paid 10.50/hr. they're making 3.50/hr. for every hour that you work. If you are "Temp to Hire" You would have to work a minimum of 1000/ hours or 25 weeks(6+ months) with whatever company you're assigned with to even be eligible to be hired. So if you do the math, this modern day slave agency will make $3,500 off of your blood, sweat, and tears. Furthermore, you as the employee have to pay for your own background checks, and other processing fees which totals to $198.00. Meanwhile the two ladies that work in the office will arrogantly use the line of "It's up to you" whenever they send you to a job that's unsafe; knowing full well that you are desperate for a job. No should ever have to work for a modern day slave agencies such as this one. You are better off finding a job on your own.
