The recruitment process for Reelstreet has been unprofessional on several occasions. I received a phone interviewed and face to face with a company in Riverdale Park, MD. Both were excellent; they liked me as well as I was very impressed with them; however, the recruiter Reelstreet, did not provide any status for several weeks. I sent many emails as this was the way we corresponded. I left messages with her, finally I made contacted with her; it was rudely shared that they decided to not fill the position due to budget. I asked if she could send me an email with the companies sharing this outcome, just for my record. Never to this day after several months did I received an email.Just recently, another position was advertised from Reelstreet via indeed. I shared an interest; again, the same unprofessional POC prevails again. I believe it's in my best interest to not waste time with this staffing group.
