I am in complete agreement with comments I read here – the staff I came in contact with at Reliant is professional, knowledgeable and caring. It is also pretty clear that this comes from the leadership of the owner - Vaughna embodies professionalism and care, and yes, she is absolutely amazing to work with. I am grateful for the assistance I received in getting back to work after leaving behind career that no longer suited me. I told Vaughna I wanted to try out different industries and find the right fit. She heard what I said and did not do what other agents attempted to do - she did not push me in the direction that would be the easiest to place me in based on the experience in one particular industry. Instead, Vaughna and Alex worked to find different options, to help highlight transferable skills and to place me in industry different from what would be the easier "sell" for the agency. I truly appreciate having them on my side.I have recommended this agency to others and am happy to put it in writing – this is a terrific group of people to work with! One other important thing about the agency is the benefits. I was pleased with medical insurance and was pleasantly surprised when I saw PTO earned while working as a subcontractor. This is an all around positive experience!
