Overall Feedback:

John Mulhall was excellent! Very professional and quick to respond. I liked that I could text, email or call and he had answers (or at least knew who to ask) for all my newbie questions. This was my first time buying land and John was super good at guiding me to the correct people; county departments, surveyors, financiers, etc. He really made the whole process go very smoothly. Then when I asked a big favor like, "Could we sign the closing papers on my birthday?", which was a tight schedule for sure, he pulled it off without a hitch! I don't think it could have gone any better. TYVM John!
