We purchased our home through them about 1 1/2 years ago. We were not happy with them. The biggest thing though was when the appraiser did the appraisal, Mike and Wendy asked her to re-do it because they thought it was too low. They were OUR realtors, not the seller's, and they did not ask us first. This was not in our best interest. We read the appraisal, looked at the nearby market, and actually thought it was spot on. We did not want it to be re-done for a higher amount!! We ended up going with it and paying more anyways because we liked the house, however, if we hadn't been lied to by the seller about the water issues and not told about a couple of other major issues, we never would have bought it at all. I really wanted to talk directly with the seller to ask questions, but realtors in general don't like you doing that and they did not want us to. :-( I would be hesitant to use RealtyOne again, especially Naomi Lightfoot (seller's realtor who we never actually met), Mike Lauder, or Wendy Hanson (realtors representing us).
