Don't be fooled. They will indeed get you work, but do the legwork in trying to find your own gig first. It's not uncommon to be told you're interviewing, or hired to work a job in one town, only to be sent more than an hour away. Once you sign with ROI, you're locked in for six months, and when you get working, the communication with the office will dwindle, and their tone will change from a respectful mutual arrangement to "you better get your time card in on time or you're not getting paid!" That said, if you just need a basic wage with no added benefits, they can most likely help.
