My experience with RGS title was unsatisfactory and very disappointing. After closing on the house I sold, i needed to have money wired within five days to another state for a separate closing to purchase a house, and RGS title was unable to accomplish the task. Three different people were working on this action, and none of the three talked to each other, shared emails provided to the initial designated person, and the attitude of each of the three employees seemwd to be that they didn't really care a whole lot if they met my deadline or not.When I called to talk to a manager to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that my closing had to be rescheduled due to the inefficiency and ineptitude of his employees, the manager never even returned my call.Additional training and some courses in customer service seem to be in order for this office and I would never use them again for any closing that I had.
