Can I ask what's the point of having a Student Records office that doesn't keep Student Records? Walked in to get my transcripts, got sent around the complex by people that didn't know the layout of the site they work at, and was told that I have to pay to get my transcripts mailed to me. I graduated only a year ago, and they're already wiped from the system? I don't buy it.
