My husband and I went to get a power of attorney signed and waited for a really long time we asked the secretary if with the ID's we had he would be able to sign it she said yea so we waited and when we went in he did not let both of us go in to his office because he could not stand my children anymore. The kids were tiered and being kids but this guy is not understanding of that. He just made me sign the document and said that he could not proceed when my husband went in because of his ID so he just messed up the document that I needed signed because he was tired and wanted to rush things to go home. Plus a lady that had gone in before us returned to see why she was getting such a low tax return when he had told her it was going to be more and she told us after she got out that the man had thrown the money he had charged her back and told her to go wherever she wanted. How rude and unprofessional!!!! Hated the service and would not recommend to anyone!
