They do not check job descriptions carefully before they send people out for job interviews . I was sent to a company 40 miles away from my home to find out it was a position I wasn’t even qualified for.Also do not tell possible candidates how long contracts are just to get an employee to fill a position. Finding out it’s a 4 month contract? I would have been in another layoff situation 4 months later? They are major unorganized and do not follow up with their clients on job descriptions to make sure the candidate is a fit. They told me the director thought I was a fit and they do the best they can?? I was appalled by there ludicrous response.I applied before to a position I was qualified for only to get pulled for a position I am not qualified for is ludicrous and makes no sense.I will not use Richmar again.
