Let me start by saying please do not waste your time. Management (Rosie) is incompetent. They assigned me to Yokohama in Easley. At Yokohama, the supervisors are placing you in areas that you are not needed (slow work) when it should be in the areas that are behind in production. No communication what so ever. You are on a point system - 6 points per year. Make sure you don't have anything planned or if you get sick, they will let you go by the 3rd-4th point. Three minutes late, you get fourth point taking off. Unlike majority of the companies that has 10-12 points per year. Rosie will give you insoles that last about a week (which they will charge you $25, making you think they are free) Charge you $6.00 for a badge (they will ask you to return it & still charge) T-shirt $10.00. They treat you like a number, not a person! Yokohama is Drama filled, and it will continue until the right management comes along. I would recommend going to any other staffing company, than working at RL/Yokohama. The only good comment I have is: I dealt with Susan on the testing/initial paperwork, and she was professional and has a great personality.
