There are not enough great words to say about RMS Accounting and the staff that works there. RMS Accounting has all of the technology, skill, knowhow and expertise that you would find in a massive corporate accounting firm, but they are firm that you can pick up the phone and call to get an answer to a question. I have moved from being just a basic tax client to now being a business owner. They handle all of different tax returns and here is the best part, they are priced extremely fair. Every chance I get, I recommend them for their tax services, bookkeeping services, Quickbooks Hosting and they even are able to manage HOA's. I wish every professional service business was as amazing as RMS Accounting.

We have used Steve and the RMS team for over 10 years now, and trust them to handle all of our accounting, tax, and financial matters. Recently, we had to deal with a very difficult situation that involved a death in the family, trusts, wills, beneficiaries - you name it. It was very complex and required knowledge from many different areas including tax, finance, law, and others. I think that's where we are at today - it isn't enough for someone to know only their part and then you have to go to a number of different places to put together the pieces to a puzzle. One answer impacts another. It can drive you crazy. That is what I think makes Steve and his team so unique. They - and all of their knowledge - are all under one roof. So in this situation, Steve clearly outlined our goals and made sure his team were on the same page. When I run into issues or challenges, I'm able to call Steve and he responds very quickly to provide guidance. So if you need someone to help you in financial matters - tax, financial planning, estates, etc - you'd be hard pressed to find better. I don't usually leave reviews, but because of the help Steve provided to our family over the years, I am happy to share this one.

My husband and I have been searching for an accountant that would exceed all expectations. We even posted a recommendation on our extensive network of social media contacts in hopes that we could find that “needle in the haystack. ” Well we did! Steve Weil and RMS Accounting. He was unbelievable. He sat with us and discussed all of our finances and previous year’s spending while preparing our tax return right in front of our eyes. We didn’t have to fill out forms and have our taxes prepared before we met him. He explained the tax rules to us so that we could better understand how to maximize our tax obligation within the law. He also took our calls subsequent to our meeting and was available to answer any questions without nickeling and diming us as other accountants do. He charged us one fee and has been generous with his time, even with questions we have had since our tax return was filed. It’s a family run business and everyone that works in that office is great. They are knowledgeable not just with taxes but with financial planning and legal assistance. It’s a one stop shop and they are definitely beyond what we would ever have expected.

In my dealings with RMS Accounting, I have found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. The team has helped me on a variety of issues and always seems to treat every client with honesty and respect. Jacob has assisted me with several different matters, and it is nice to know there are experts who make it so I can actually understand everything that is going on.

First time in years I felt like I was more than a number. They took time to go over my paperwork with me. They asked a lot of questions and helped me found some deductions I have over looked in the past and best of all they told me exactly how much before they did the work.
