Used Roberts Tax Service for one year. My federal tax return was filed incorrectly and my state tax return wasn't filed at all. Just discovered this information after getting a letter in the mail 5 years later from GA department of revenue. I usually don't post stuff like this, but I do feel people need to be warned. I called them to see if we could fix the issue and they cannot even locate my file and didn't seem to be concerned at all with my issue.

This insurance company is rude and we'll rip you off one time my wife went in there and the fat lady who collects the money with know social skills at all tould my wife that she was eating and could not take her payment until she got done on may the 5th my wife went to go make a payment and they where closed my wife went back in on may the 8th and they charged her a cash late fee which is robbery I could the insurance board in Macon and there going to have me fell out paper work cause it's fraud do not go here and get insurance are buy a house here they are crooks
