I was practically forced to write a 5 star review when I first accepted a job. Of course anyone who gets a new job will be happy, and they want you to review before you realise what a scam they actually are. DO NOT WORK WITH ROCS. They lie, withhold information, and were getting paid 50k a year for me from my employer while I was making 35k. (A barely liveable salary in the DC area) they withhold your first MONTHS pay-check, saying that it’s a “payroll adjustment” although I’ve never heard of anyone having to wait over a month to see any of their hard earned money. I was promised that one of their recruiters would cut me a check early if needed, then told by upper management that he just lied about that (because he didn’t want me to deny the job and not get commission off of me) They will lie and do whatever it takes to get their money. In addition, they say that the jobs are temp to hire but what they don’t tell you is instead of being a temp for 60-90 days you temp for SIX MONTHS. Six months of ZERO vacation time, no sick days and being forced to decide between paying your bills or staying home when you have a 100 degree fever. If your office is closed for a holiday, you aren’t allowed to work and will not be paid. I have no idea how this company is still allowed to stay in business. Professional scam artists, not a staffing agency.
