Overall Feedback:

This is NOT a Professional tax business!!! I have to agree with all the negative comments! I was given an appointment last year for this year, but I cannot get anyone on the phone to verify my appointment. He sent out some kind of paperwork in December via email that expired in 48 hours. Of course I saw it after the 48 hour period, needless to say, I cannot get a hold of him to find out what the paperwork was. I will Definitely be looking else where for a PROFESSIONAL tax preparer to do my taxes!!!
