This is not a professional business. I've been going to Roy for years and for the last 4 years his customer service has been HORRIBLE. Each and every year he pulls the "I'm sick" card on his clients because he gets overwhelmed with the amount of work. He refuses to get adequate help. How can one person handle 1800 clients? Having up to 15 people with the same appointment times, having clients wait up to 6 hours to be seen, leaving notes on the door when he can't make it instead of calling to reschedule. You have to pop up because no one ever answers the phone or return calls. Got to the point where his clients start getting each others numbers to see what the status of his shenanigans are each year. It's beyond ridiculous. He is no longer at the location listed.
