My return papers were left with him at the end of February of this year. They were not done until April 29th. Individuals were camping outside of his home worried about if they were going to be filed on time. Appointments mean absolutely nothing and I now have to pay another $80 to a different preparer because he did not add my medical to the Paserwork. I gave information(medical papers) to him because it was at the back where he staples all items used to file. If he's not answering the phone because he is sick again, sorry but someone else needs to answer or make the recording something to that affect so someone can know what is going on.
