I worked at Saber last year. I worked part time pulling trash. It was a good part time job. I've done janitorial work before and this was very easy in comparison to other jobs I've worked. Pay was good for the job. Management was nice and they really worked with me and my schedule as I have a full time job. Work environment was friendly and we all helped each other when needed. I only left because my full time job became more demanding. If recommend this company to others. It's janitorial work so you should know what's expected, cleaning, trash, ECT.

Management is a joke. They tell you your duties before you accept the job then progressively add more. The 90 day employee referral bonus is taxed. Brent Coward who operates out of novi is literally the worst boss you could hope for. He's young and does not know how to LEAD for the life of him then gives you smart ass remarks is there anything I can do for you? Fake complaints about your job not getting done correctly. Constructive criticism is what he calls he but he's really saying you need to do duties that others that have quit were supposed to be doing. Extremely horrible turn around rate. Stay far away from this company. They do not respect their employees. Treated as a means to an end and their end is profit. Wouldn't even work here if you're desperate. Not worth the trouble
