OMG run as far away as you can from this company they're pure trash!! Lack of communication and follow ups sneak billing after Cancellation delayed notifications that people arent going to be around to service you pre-holiday JUST RUN AWAY FROM THEM

Run. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION FROM THE START. THEY OVERBILL YOU FOR W-2 1099 PROCESSING THEN DONT NOTIFY OR CREDIT BACK THE ERROR, THE SALES DEPARTMENT LIES AND LIES FROM THE GET GO, THEY DONT TELL YOU ALL UP FRONT, YOU END UP WITH A GIANT HASSLE. UNFORTUNATELY STUCK WITH SAGE PAYROLL FOR NOW TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO CHANGE, BUT I CAN VOUCH, THEY SUCK

This company did not take responsibility for a payroll error they made. Our company had to pay the interest on the taxes due because of their error. We didn't have a problem paying the taxes because we recognize these are ultimately our taxes whether they made a mistake or not, but the interest which was around $100 should be the responsibility of the professional payroll company who made the mistake. They displayed no integrity regarding this issue by refusing to acknowledge their error. When the request pay the interest was made, they asked for proof of their mistake. An e-mail was sent immediately with the proof they asked for. No answer was given and we were ignored after that. In our experience, this is not a good payroll solution company. We have since moved to ADP and are extremely happy with their services.
