Overall Feedback:

As a previous employee, Salient accounting dept, the company does not value your confidentiality. My boss discussed my salary with the co-worker. The supervisors lack leadership skills, has no integrity, morality, and fairness. Favoritism is a key play. Majority of employees are either unhappy or looking for other jobs, evident by high turnover rate.
