i was a former cafeteria employee. resigned in novemeber, i worked overtime in the month of october, to this date i have not received my unpaid wages. i have gone numerous times to payroll WITH PROOF and they 'unfortunately' cannot do a thing until my ex-manager Bahejah budd and DEENA BROWN inputs the hours through their computer. and this is not the first time this occurred, the first incident i was not paid my overtime from august until NOVEMBER. if when i was an employee they didnt care about imputing my hours correctly, as an ex-employee they clearly will put it in the back burner. clearly the system they have is not effective. since october i worked overtime and now january and still not paid. what can i do? i can at least write a review to publicly show how unprofessional, and discriminatory SBCUSD is to their employees.
